UK Shipping

Courier: Royal Mail (Tracked 24 or Special Delivery depending on order value and contents)

• Same-Day Dispatch:
  Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12:00 PM (noon) are dispatched the same day.

• Next Working Day Delivery:
  Eligible orders are typically delivered the next working day, excluding weekends and public holidays.

• Orders After 12 PM / Weekends:
  Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

International Shipping

Couriers Used:
We ship internationally using trusted couriers such as DHL, UPS, DPD, or Royal Mail International Tracked, depending on destination and service availability.

• Dispatch Times:
  International orders are usually shipped within 1 business day of order confirmation.

• Delivery Timeframes:
  Delivery varies by country, typically ranging from 3–10 business days, depending on customs clearance and local courier processing.

• Customs and Import Duties:
  You are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs charges. Maxx Labs is not liable for delays caused by customs.

Important Notes

• We do not dispatch orders on Sundays, or UK public holidays.

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather events, or customs clearance.

• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
