We do not provide usage instructions, dosing guidelines, or experimental protocols. Product listings may include general descriptions for informational purposes, but it is the responsibility of qualified researchers to ensure proper handling, application, and storage in line with relevant lab standards and institutional requirements.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer complimentary standard shipping within the United Kingdom on orders of £100 or more (excluding taxes and surcharges). Orders below this threshold will be subject to a standard shipping fee. Express or next-day shipping options may be available at an additional cost.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not ship outside of the United Kingdom.
How long does shipping take?
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12 PM (noon) are generally processed and dispatched the same day via Royal Mail. Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. Tracking information is provided via email once the order is shipped.
What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Please contact us at contact@maxxlabs.co.uk within 7 days of delivery. We may request photographic evidence or a return of the affected item for inspection. If confirmed, we will replace the item or issue a refund in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
Can I return a product if I’m not satisfied?
Due to the research nature of our products, returns are only considered in the case of proven quality concerns. If a product does not meet expected standards of purity or integrity based on testing results, please reach out to us. All other returns must follow the conditions outlined in our Return Policy.
Are there any regulations I should be aware of when purchasing from Maxx Labs?
Yes. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the purchase, possession, and use of any products comply with local laws and regulations. Maxx Labs and its parent entity, I.H Distributions Ltd, assume no liability for misuse, unlawful possession, or unintended applications of the products once delivered.
Who is responsible for return shipping?
If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or faulty item), we will cover the return shipping costs in full. In all other cases, including discretionary returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping expenses. Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable.
How can I verify the quality of your products?
All products are supplied with Certificates of Analysis (COAs), which are available upon request. Many batches are also tested by independent third-party laboratories such as Janoshik and Analiza Bialek. We work only with established peptide manufacturers and implement stringent quality control procedures to ensure consistency and reliability. We encourage all researchers to independently validate the materials upon receipt using accepted laboratory protocols.
Do you offer discounts or bulk pricing?
Yes. We may offer volume-based discounts or promotional pricing on select items. For inquiries regarding bulk purchases or custom pricing, please contact our support team directly.
Who pays for return postage?
If you are returning an unsuitable item for a refund we will refund the cost of the item only and not the original delivery cost.Should you be returning a faulty item for a refund we will refund both the original shipping costs and the return delivery costs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure instant bank transfers via Boodil. Due to restrictions on peptide-related transactions, we do not accept credit cards, PayPal, or Apple Pay. This ensures compliance with industry standards and maintains transparency in all transactions.
